Mike Cabigon, President and CEO

Mr. Cabigon is the General Manager of Foundation Equity Corporation where he develops the fund’s short and long-term investment initiatives and actively works with portfolio company management on strategy, marketing, financing, and operations. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Preo Software Inc, DriveAble Assessment Centres Inc., and Tanks-A-Lot Ltd, and is a Board Observer of McCoy Corporation.

Prior to Foundation, Mike held senior positions in business development, marketing, and operations in the telecommunications and electrical utility industries. Mike holds a B.Comm from the University of Alberta.

Nate Glubish, Portfolio Manager

Prior to his time at Foundation Equity II, Nate worked for McCoy Corporation as Manager of Planning & Development in their Energy Products & Services division where he assisted in identifying acquisition candidates and investigating investment prospects, assisted on negotiating deals and performing due diligence. Nate has also worked as a Portfolio Manager at Foundation Equity Corporation, the predecessor fund to Foundation Equity II.

Nate currently sits on the Board of Directors for Preo Software Inc., Foundation Equity Corporation, and Foundation Ventures GP Inc.  He completed his Bachelor of Commerce, Finance at the University of Saskatchewan.
